What was the highlight of Universal Hotel Perla
Wonderful
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a lovely view. The hotel breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was overall great value for money. Rooftop bar offered amazing uninterrupted views. Easy access to local walks around castle.
The air conditioning was not working and was not being turned on yet, making the nights very uncomfortable

Could of been better.
Stuff was perfect, service was good, facilities and room was clean, beach was nice, swimming pool was good.
If Water was free would of been very good, was charged everytime you needed Water, visitors made it uneasy for my wife who had scarf on kept staring at us, not many options in the food department, more options for vegetarian would be useful.

Great location and excellent breakfast and dinner.
Everything was just fine. The size of the room, bathroom. Food was excellent. Perhaps the only thing which bothered me was that we didn't have an electric kettle in the room as my wife loves tea before bed but I guess I can't have everything.
No electric kettle in the room.
